She has spent more than a decade in organizational change, leadership coaching and program management. She has seen what works, and how often big-firm engagements leave clients with polished decks and little lasting change.
Today she helps organizations through large-scale transformation, from restructurings and new operating models to enterprise-wide shifts like AI adoption. That means bringing leaders into alignment, preparing teams for what's ahead, removing friction and building the habits that make change last.
